The X5032 is a vertical knee-type milling machine. It is capable of high-speed cutting and heavy-duty cutting, making it ideal for heavy cutting and hard material machining. It is mainly equipped with bar cutters, disc cutters, angle cutters, formed cutters and face mills, and can machine flat surfaces, inclined surfaces, formed surfaces, angles, grooves and edges.
The machining range can be further expanded by installing accessories. With a dividing head and rotary table, it can machine gears, ream holes, cut helical grooves and process drum workpieces, and is widely used in various machining industries.
The X5032 features high structural strength and large machining power. Spindle start/stop, table feed and rapid movement are controlled electrically, with electrical braking and interlocking functions. A small handle on the right side of the lifting table controls table movement.
Daily maintenance mainly includes:
Clean the table slides, lead screws, nuts and machine bed weekly, remove chips and apply lubricating oil.
Clean lead screws and nuts and apply grease.
Ensure sufficient lubrication for the high-speed spindle.
Adjust the backlash between lead screws and nuts to a reasonable range to ensure accuracy and reduce wear.
